Leadership Academy for Teams

Leadership Academy for Teams™ is a unique team-based program that delivers leadership, communication and problem-solving skills for teams in fun, interactive training sessions facilitated by national experts. During these working sessions, teams will become familiar with crucial concepts that will allow them to improve their effectiveness and efficacy as agents of change in their organization.

Minimum team size: 4
Maximum team size: 10

Program Goals:

  1. Creation of “rapid response team” of change management experts that know how to work together effectively and solve problems
  2. Creation of high-functioning teams that can diagnose and solve any problem in their facility
  3. Position the team of leaders to support future leaders by equipping them with mentorship skills

Formats:

Training only
3-5 day interactive workshops
Training and Implementation
Year-long applied fellowships. Participants apply learnings to an improvement project in their institution.
